Do you put personal data in URLs?
No. Wizard state is kept server-side. Results pages are noindexed and must not expose personal data in the address bar.
Who receives lead information?
Verified firms that are matched to your enquiry may receive the details needed to contact you. We do not sell consumer leads to unrelated third parties.
How long do you keep data?
Introduction records are kept for matching, delivery, credit disputes and legal compliance, then deleted or anonymised. Typical retention is up to 24 months unless a longer period is required.
How do I exercise my rights?
Email support@theinsolvencydirectory.co.uk to request access, correction, deletion or restriction, subject to legal exemptions.
