We use domain email checks, licence numbers and manual review where needed before activating claim privileges.

Can I remove my listing?

Yes. Contact support@theinsolvencydirectory.co.uk. Public-register based listings may still appear in a limited form where legally appropriate, but we honour verified removal and correction requests.

Is consumer data shared before credit use?

Full contact details are released when a credit is charged against a matched lead, subject to our privacy notice and firm portal rules.

Licensed insolvency practitioners and insolvency-specialist solicitors can claim their The Insolvency Directory profile, verify IP or SRA credentials, and get priority access to consumer introductions in their area. Claiming is free. Introductions are pay-as-you-go.

In England and Wales, personal insolvency solutions include IVAs, bankruptcy and Debt Relief Orders. Different rules apply in Scotland and Northern Ireland.
