To claim a listing on The Insolvency Directory, provide a work email, firm details and an IP or SRA number. We email a dashboard link and review the claim against the relevant register. Claiming is free. Introductions are pay-as-you-go.
In England and Wales, personal insolvency solutions include IVAs, bankruptcy and Debt Relief Orders. Different rules apply in Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Frequently asked questions
- Why a work email?
- We only accept firm domains so claims come from people connected to the practice — not personal Gmail or Outlook.com addresses.
- What do I need to verify?
- A work email, the firm name, and an IP, SRA or equivalent licence number. Manual review is used where an automatic match is not possible.
- Do I get free leads for claiming?
- No. Verification unlocks your contact details on the listing and priority access to introductions. Credits are purchased separately.
- How do I get back into the dashboard?
- Use the magic link emailed to your work address, or submit the claim form again to receive a fresh link.
- Who do I contact for help?
- Email support@theinsolvencydirectory.co.uk with your firm name and licence number.
